CÔNG DỤNG SẢN PHẨM: THẢO DƯỢC NGÂM CHÂN

• Giảm đau nhức xương khớp, mỏi gối, mất ngủ, thư giãn tinh thần, giúp ngủ sâu và ngon giấc

CÁCH DÙNG:

1. Dùng 1 túi lọc cho mỗi lần ngâm chân
2. Cho túi lọc vào 2-3 lít nước sôi, ngâm 3-5 phút cho thảo dược tan ra
3. Thêm nước lạnh đến nhiệt độ ấm vừa phải (khoảng 38-43°C)
4. Ngâm chân trong 15-20 phút trước khi đi ngủ
5. Sử dụng hàng ngày để đạt hiệu quả tối ưu

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Use 1 herbal sachet per foot soak
2. Place the sachet in 2–3 liters of boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes
3. Add cold water until the temperature reaches a warm level (around 38-43°C / 100-109°F)
4. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes before bedtime
5. Use daily for best results
